Jay Brian Gammons - June 19, 1996
I only wish I had a snippet of hair, a picture, or anything else other than my memory of Jay Brian.
Jay Brian was delivered 10 days after I found out he was stillborn. I delivered him June 19, 1996, he was 32 weeks.
Each year on his birthday, it is "Jay Brian Day" and I try to do something special. If I can not, then it is a day that I dedicate to remembering feeling him, and seeing him, and telling him goodbye.
I think that delivering him was the single greatest experience I have ever had, because it was surely the most life changing.
I love what Nickolasgift.org is doing to help other parents have something tangible to look at and hold years after the experience is long gone.
